What was the color of Alexander, son of Phillip of Macedon, the Great's hair, from birth until his death?

It is hard to say for sure, 2000 years have past. However from text that remained from his own historian and others it says a "dark hair". Now that does not answer the question to a definite. However most people of the Greek, Macedon, Italian lands, Much of Southern Europe for that matter had a darker brown and/or black colored hair. You can rule out Red hair and and Natural blonde hair for sure. If I had to choose I would say a dark brown. Just take a look at the people around you, most of them will have brown hair..and in a region where brown hair is relevant thats what I would bet on.
