Oleg, the Chinese Emperor Tchin or Chin was the first emperor who united the people of that region, thus the name China.

Now for the subject. I believe in reincarnation but I have a hard time accepting that all were reincarnates of the same person. Each of the Great people mentioned had completely different personalities and were very different with their actions. One would think that if they were the same person then their actions and personalities would be similar, if not the same!

please do not mention me,I get embarrased so easily. In regards to the universal Messiah, well I think every person is unique (I hardly think that Jesus Christ and Genghis Khan should be considered the same being)

I would not include Chenghis Khan in this list. Not sure about Chinese guy, who is he. Otherwise the list is correct, Vishnu was there!

Bill, people learn from their mistakes! sometimes...

If this is true, then this "universal messiah" is one very badly confused godhead.

Alexander thought nothing of using his army to hack his opponents - who were, morally speaking, no better or worse than he was - limb from limb until the ground flowed red with their blood. OK. So, that's one way to get ahead in the world, I suppose.

But then a few centuries later another avatar of this same godhead comes back as Jesus Christ and advocates that we all love our neighbors, turn the other cheek, and forgive our brothers "seventy times seven" times? Not very consistant, but perhaps he changed his mind between 320 BC and 30 AD. Fair enough.

But then, after this whole "Jesus loves you" schtick, he comes back yet again as Ghengis Khan and reverts to the whole "soak the ground with blood" business!! This guy needs to take a time out for few kalpas and think over who he wants to be and what his message is. Until then, it's better to disregard him. It'll just make you crazy trying to figure out what he's up to.
