Nepotism- upper management lets spouse know of decisions relating to my employmentgreenspun.com : LUSENET : Law Of The Workplace : One Thread
Upper management has repeatedly told my husband of raises, discussed my job perfomance and finally the downsizing of my job before I was notified.
I went to the HR manager who has since left the company and asked that this practice not continue, however, it never ceased.
Do I have recourse against the company for telling my spouse, another employee, what they intended to do with my career?
