I am buying a restaurant which has delivery system already in place. Currently, one of employee is doing some deliveries with his car when he is not busy. How can I find the to law concerning delivery accident. My main concern is that, if he got into a accident while he is deliverying foods, does Work-Comp cover his accident? Second question is how can I protect myself been sue by employee if he got in to accident?
