Dear Eric, I am a database programmer working on Foxpro and SQL Server 6.5/7.0/2000, Recently I want to change my job to a dba, I have strong skill in T-SQL, stored procedure, create trigger, mornitor performance, and tuning database, also I have strong skill in design database, I am very familia with logical and physical database design. I can not get interview done. the interviewer always say that "You are a good programmer but not good dba" So what is requrement for a good DBA.(Excellent Level)
