IBAS - any good?greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread
Please could anyone who has had any dealings or knowledge of the IBAS advertised on this site reply to this post as I need to know if it worth going ahead with them? Many many thanks, Linda.

You can only take as you find, but I haven't received any positive feedback on them, more the opposite. I personally wouldn't use them. I think you would be far better advised to go to the Mary Ward Legal Centre (Ahmad Butt) or NAMV.

I have used IBAS and found it,in my case, no good at all. I paid them their fee which was quite hefty. they put me in touch with Freemans solicitors who after 2 years still had not obtained public funding for me, although I am disabled and cannot work. The work they did on my behalf was of more use to the claiant(Loyds Bank) than to me. Personally I wouls steer well clear
