So how old are most of you guys and where do you come from, occupations (dont ask whether its 20 questions) im a 15 year old from australia who knows nothing about raving tell me about it Please. drugs, alcohol, what the clubs are called, how many people are there, is there much crime there, do any people fuck, how much you have to drink etc.

I'm 22 and have been doing the rave thing since I was 17. Now mostly I go to have a good time listening to the latest DJ's, but occasionaly I pop some pills and roll face. Most every body is either drinken or druged up. I also love to dance as well, and when I'm rolling I just seem to flow into the feeling the music gives me. Raves that I have been to over the years have never turned violent and the only problems I have run into have been people who dont know thier limit on alcohol or drug intake, or one rave was raided and every one caught with drugs had them confscated. Most of the people at raves age between 18 and 25 yrs old. However, this is not limit I have seen young teenagers and old people there rolling thier asses off. I live on the east coast of the USA. MY job is communications. Rarely do I see people fuck but that is usually done at the after party. There are to many clubs to name them all. In all the clubs I go to there is usually a cover and you dont have to drink if you dont want to. There is always alot of people there. I think that is about all you wanted to know. Don't listen to that shit. Raves are ment to be a spiritual place were you can actually be yourself. some people need the drugs and alcohol cause they don't know how to be themselves. They don't know who they are. and are to afraid to try anything new sober. anyway the MUSIC is why you go. To feel free, and promote love and peace worldwide. We're trying to get the younger generation to come togeather regarldless of any kind of differences. Rave is home, and the kids your family. And though it's there and we're accepting of everyone, we don't promote sex and drugs.

Dance, listen to the music, meet new people. Sometimes you may get lucky and get a number or something. People don't usually get away w/ fucking anyone. I've seen weird shit back in the day, but no one fucking. The after parties at peoples houses sometimes have people fucking. Nothing too out of the ordinary. I see a lot of old heads like me in Baltimore and Florida. In Europe there are people in their late 30's and early 40's at raves. They only do it one in a great while and the scene is kinda old there.
