I am a small domestic goat cheese manufacturer and am wondering if there is a website or publication where I can determine the market price for domestic goat cheese?

I don't know- I think it depends on the quality of the cheese, the type of cheese, and what the people in your area are willing to pay. There is a place here selling goat cheese for $6 a lb, it is chevre, feta packed in oil, or blue cheese. I think this is a very reasonable price, the other goat cheese in the stores sells for much more per lb, and this stuff is really good, too.
