I can see they didn't use real egg connoisseurs, did they?

Boiled fresh eggs? I have to age mine a month before I can expect them to peel. I almost consider that a bad egg for freshness.

The only way to have an egg taste test would be cooked lightly over easy, very easy.

When I was a little kid, my big sisters paid me a quarter for every raw egg I would eat. I would only do it with eggs from the farm because store bought were yuck.

I was impressed by the price they quoted for farm fresh eggs...up to $4.99 a dozen! Anyhow, I saw that as an opportunity to post this article up at your work place and let your co-workers know that you could sell them farm fresh eggs too! Maybe not as much... ;-

Laura, if you just leave them out on the counter for a day, they boil and peel just fine. :>) I want that price for MY eggs!!
