Easier way to shell peanuts?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

I am in the process of shelling my peanuts. I haven't even started on my bucket and my fingers are sore. Anyone have a better way to do it?

Try cracking them with a rolling pin first.

have you tried scattering them in your driveway and running them over with a ford ranger?

A minivan is better...less bruising.

a lawn mower works even better if you want peanut butter just make a pile, put on the bagger and put the blade down and hey you got peanut butter (complete with all the fiber you need from the hulls) :-D

Or you could just eat the shells too. Added fiber is healthy :>)
