Hi Jay,

I apologize for not replying to you earlier and by now you already have your garden well underway.

I don't have a list of specifics of what to plant and when for your town but can offer some general suggestions:

1) Interact with other local gardeners - neighbors, garden club members, etc.

2) Contact a local "Master Gardener" - This is done through your county agricultural extension office.

3) Local newspapers and television web sites often have "almanacs" or "garden to-do" lists published for your specific climate.

And finally, keep notes! This is the most important tool. Keep track of what does well, when and what varieties. Dates are helpful, but pay attention to the weather conditions. This is key as the weather keeps no calendar. Some years we start planting out tomatoes in the gardens around Mother's Day, sometimes we can't until the first week of June.

I hope that this helps.
