Eastern Washington land for sale

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

Well, last week I was looking for ideas on what to grow on our land. Now we are going to sell it! I am looking for ideas on selling our land. Any good internet sites and any other info on selling land. Also, here is the info on our place if anyone is interested. We are about an hour north of Spokane, Wa. near Colville. There are 9 acres, a 3 bd, 2 bth farmhouse that we have remodeled, a large 60 x 60 wooden barn, a chicken coop, a two story single car garage (the basement was a meat locker at one time-it stays about the same temp. year round (it's a nice get away in the summer-no AC bill), and a old milk seperating shed that we use for garden tools. Our place has a year round creek, and large pond (approx. 50 x200 and 9 to 10 feet deep). Over half of the acreage is sub-irrigated. We have a deer fenced 70 x 80 garden, some orchard trees, fenced pasture, and a 130 x 160 arena/pasture. We are selling because we want to buy a larger farm with my husband's family. If anyone knows someone who may be interested let us know. It is likely that we will stay in the Colville area so we may be able to pass on whatever we know about farming, etc to whoever buys it.

Your place sounds great. I know lots of sites, since I been searching for one for us.

The best way to find them is to go to yahoo or google or ask jeeves and do a search. I have lots of others if you want. Good Luck.

We are asking $155,000. We have done a lot of work on our place. Now that the work is done and we are going to sell it. And I haven't even got to use the big jetted corner tub (Spoiled girl, I wanted someplace to rest my muscles after a long day). The place we are looking to buy only has solar and generator power. I guess I'll be looking for plans for a solor powered hot tub:) Thank you for the web sites Kristean.
