how many babys can you expect to have per nubian doe.

It depends on the goat. My first timers have usually singled, but sometimes had twins. After the first kidding, I've usually gotten twins, sometimes triples. I've heard that they can have as many as four, but have been glad not to experience that. We had one big doe that always looked like she'd triple, and never had more than one.

A friend's Nubian just had 4; 1 buck, 3 female.

Our first year we had 2 - second fresheners that both had triplets. Most of my yearlings have had twins, occasionally just a single. My other does generally have twins although we did have a set of triplets. One of my friends had two does kid within 2 1/2 hours of each other with 2 sets of triplets, each with 2 bucks and a doe. Sure glad I wasn't playing nurse mate at their barn.

it depends on the goat, like someone else said. it depends on the weather, the feed, the stress level of the animal, etc. good luck!!
