Gallagher is wrong........there is something to improve the intelligence of the television.......It is that little plug thing in the back of it...just give it a yank and it comes right out of the wall socket! Waaaa lah! Instant intelligence booster!

i agree, nan. tv is a brain sucker. pretty much hate the blasted thing-only watch to see what's going on in the world-about 15 min in the am.

TV? What's that?!

I like to read the newspaper to find out what's going on - They put all the comics on one page so you don't have to look too hard to figure out whether they're jokes or not! ;o) Plus, you've got the crossword puzzle you can do - therby increasing the longevity of your intelligence (shown to reduce/delay the onset of dementias)!
