We might be moving! Wish us luck!

We just might actually have a shot at moving to an area we've thought about for a few years now. We've looked in to several areas as Denver home/land prices have gotten so high. We've considered all over the south west, but hate to leave all our family behind. One area we'd considered was Pueblo, as it's warmer, longer growth season, still fairly affordable, and not too awfully far from our family. But my husband has been unable to find work there (his field is rather limited). A couple days ago we were looking for jobs in other states online & on a whim my hubby looked in the Pueblo area too. Low & behold he came across a job ad that reads darn near like his resume! He has everything they posted nearly to a 'T' plus a wealth of other stuff they did not mention. Faxed his resume & he called to make sure it was recieved. They told him they were going over it then & to call back Monday to schedule an interview! Now, my husband's line of work is not "ordinary" so I'm thinking they will have a hard time finding anyone more qualified. If they like him & are willing to pay him a fair wage we will take it. I told myself I was not going to tell any of our family or close friends until we knew for sure...didn't want to jinx it. But I figure I could tell you all and you would understand and wish us luck!

Ellie, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! Wish I could move a little farther South, too! We're in Ellicott, where the wind blows all the time! Jan

Ellie, my younger sister and her husband live in West Pueblo. They love it there. They've lived all over the U.S. and plan to stay there. Good Luck!

Neat! Isn't that where the government printing office is? Think of all the free booklets! ;)
