I am a 50 year old school teacher who was laid off this fall because of budget cuts. I would like to launch a new career by being trained along with my dog to detect explosives. I have contacted a nationally known trainer who will train us but I need either government funding, a low interest loan or other funding to pay for the program. Any ideas where to start looking?
