I thought I would share this recipe with everyone.

1- 2"X8"X2' board

10- sun perches

10- 10d nails

Spread out sun perches on board and hammer a 10d nail through their heads so the perches will not fall off. Next place the board on top of your roof and leave for about 2 days. After 2-3 days remove from roof. Remove 10d nails. Next scrape the fish off the board and throw fish away. Cut the board up in 1 inch squares and serve. Will serve a lot of people.
