Dear Heidi, My name is Anthony Henrickson and for 6 months I have been looking for someone to help me that did not know.. I need representation on a project. I have done lots of research as to the amount of "chance" I actually have as opposed to what chance I think I have. The outlook of the project in reality is great, and that is what brought me here to you. I don't want to seem over zealous but I after careful considerations I have an excellent concept. Its more than just racing, its a new way to go with the whole concept. I have been in the industry since the internet was 50 guys on a green screen and pong had the paddles, but more precisly racing games have been my OBSESSION ever since i was "little" (I am only 22 now). maybe you can help me out, even though i have storyboards and all that junk i cant just go sending my greatest work to some company and watch it pop up 2yrs from now and not get a shred of props for it and on the same note I dont want an arm or a leg for it, JUST MY DUES. I am not trying to be a millionair off of 1 idea because this one is just the start. I want my foot in the door on the project and the rest I'll let unfold itself. So what should i do? Go get the ideas patented or copywritten? Maybe call up Bill Gates and tell him the whole idea over coffe or learn japanese and calligraphy so i can write Kazunori Yamauchi (creator of Gran tourismo series) a letter telling him that some 23yr old who was born into the industry thinks he can make gt3 a lot more innovative.....WITHOUT trying to insult him? I feel the odds are against me, but this is my passion. I have to honestly and with the utmost humility(I respect and have been inspired by everyone who came before me) give my dream a chance. My experience and gut tell me this is REVOLUTIONARY and in this industry thats a BIG word that i am very confident in using. Plain and simple any help you could give me would greatly be appreciated. Now I figured I wasn't going to get a golden envelope cordially inviting me to make this game however, I did at least want a little direction as to where am I supposed to go if you say that you don't accept any emails or any mail at all. I mean DUH, companies don't make habit of giving every shmuck with a keyboard or a pencil a chance but that's why I requested an exception OR a solution. Companies get their ideas somewhere, and I have an entire game of ideas that they haven't come up with and I might as well put them to use for someone. So I just want to know how then do I get considered by a company so I can do exactly that?Also what did you mean by unsolicited? I wasn't trying to give these ideas away. They're as good as gold and that's why I know someone will want these as soon as they are given the opportunity to accept them. Please tell me what I have to do???Start my own Co. and then offer so you can officially consider it solicitation?(already on its way and equally as revolutionary.)or should I try and lay awake every night and concentrate really hard hope to contact company executives by esp.?I have taken my time to write you because I am serious and I will achieve what I have set out to do because I love what I have created and others will too. Fact is I have a game that will sell millions.
