Does anybody use wind tunnels? (Gardening - Greenhouses)

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

Do any of you use wind tunnels early in the spring and if you do what do you make them out of? I've been pondering on the ideal of useing two 3' high pig panels and leaning them up against each other in a upside down V shape over my rows. Buy 25' sheets of clear plastic that they sell in the paint department at wally world to use for the cover. Figured they could easily be removed once the danger of frost is over.

I use PVC and plastic for my row covers. It looks like a covered wagon when I get done. Make sure you run one done the middle of the arch to hold the spines in place.
