Awhile back there was a thread about surplus eggs and I had mentioned that I'd like to donate some of my surplus. Well, I finally found one that can accept eggs. I called Catholic Charities and I thought the Sister I spoke to was going to cry. She said they never get eggs and would be eternally grateful for any amount. I brought down almost 7 dozen that day, and told them I would be bringing more.

So, if you have extra eggs call around and see who can use them.
