Came accross this ad while reading the local shopper, thought it might be of interest to someone on this site.

Monarch Wood Cook Stove with reservoir and warming oven. Green enamel. $449 OBO 608-786-0031

This is located in West central Wisconsin, near La Crosse.

Before anyone gets too excited about this I would just like to say it is not mine , nor anyone I know. I am just passing this along hoping someone has been looking for such a stove, and now may have found it.

The weather outside today makes me wish I had a good stove fired up right now.

Even if the stove was yours or a neighbors, etc. we wouldn't have had a problem with your thread. Now if you were a dealer offering your wares, that's a different story.

How nice of you to post that Bob. Many times folks miss a great buy like this. If it were close to my area I'd definitely be calling about it. I'd love to have a stove with a reservoir and warming oven.

Ohhhhh. I wish I were closer. Just went to an auction and couldn't even bid on the beauty they sold for $1500. Only one small chip of enamel missing on the thing, and it was clean as could be. Jan
