Heating/Cooling metal building

Has any installed a well-working heating/cooling source for a metal buildng. We have one 32 x 40 that we want to have serve as rest rooms, laundry room, office space for a campground on our land in MO. We would like to have a wood stove of some sort, but with summer in MO being what it is, we also need AC. We will insulate walls and ceilings and interior walls also. Any suggestions welcome.

Dottie, the better your insulation and the more airtight you make your structure, the less you'll spend on heating and cooling. I can't imagine why you want to insulate interior walls, though, unless you're planning on dramatically different maintained temperatures in different rooms.

To cut your cooling costs in summer consider a large exhaust fan mounted in a central ceiling. I hope this helps.
