Vicki,

Try www.pepperfool.com there are lots of recipes there and you can search for the pepper recipe variation of your choice. It is one of the best web sites for pepper recipes that we have found.

Lots of luck!

We make a jalapeno relish which we love. Take 2 parts sliced jalapenos, one part sliced carrots and one part sliced onions. Mix well and pack into pint canning jars (but not TOO tightly). Add boiling hot white vinegar. Run spatula inside the jar to make sure the liquid is distributed and proces for 30 minutes in a boiling water bath. You can eliminate the carrots if you want and add sugar or other spices but this is how we have made it for many years. We love it. (disclaimer Make sure you wear rubber gloves when dealing with the peppers.)
