We have a facility in our Distribution Change that has become a black flag for the entire company. It has low production, low morale, high O.T. and continues to spin it wheels. We are attacking symptoms, however I do not believe have ever gotten down to the core issues and thus have not moved forward. Does anyone have any input on how they would tackle this beast ? Thanks
