Hi, I have just discovered I have celiac disease, and have to go on a Gluten free diet, and I am haveing a terrible time finding the hidden gluten in foods, Like Malt flavorings etc. Please E mail me if you have a good Knowledge of the diet, It would be most appreciated. Love Irene
