Ever since I downloaded the QuickTime Player it seems to have set up links such that if I try to download, say Gnotella (tried it this evening) as the download is proceeding the QuickTime logo appears on the screen and as it is about to be completed it shows a break and I am referred somewhere to get QuickTime updates. MOST frustrating!!! I tried taking off the program through via the Configuration Panel but it would still do it. Can you suggest something???? Most grateful for your attention to this nuisance. Perhaps others have experienced it as well?

No answer, but just to say that I'm having the same Quick Time interference (with the logo, then broken logo) and with all download attempts.
