Which Neighborhood in San Francisco used to be called Turtle Hill?

If I'm thinking of the same spot, Turtle Hill is surrounded by 14th and 15th Avenues just off Ortega, below Golden Gate Heights. In fact this area can be seen in the movie "Dirty Harry". It's where the villian first gets on the school bus.

I don't think so.... Turtle Hill is the old name for Edgehill Mnt, across Portola from Mt Davidson. I grew up there and my family has some old San Francisco photos of our hill with that old name.

i have to go with the hill at 14th &15th near Ortega ....

I think it's old Edgehill Mtn., but I'll know it when I see it. I walk the SF hills for their beautiful views and my early morning exercise. Anyone want to join me in finding it on foot?
