I am looking for 5-10 acres in West Virginia panhandle for a very simple, rustic weekend getaway cabin. Can anyone direct me to a source or broker for such property? Thanks

If you are talking about the northern panhandle, I can recommend Swisslands realty, we are on the Ohio side of the river, but property is cheaper on this side, and the terrain is identical, better local tax laws, and less zoning, their website is www.swisslands.com.

look up american acreage, they have a lot of different places for sale, and there is a web address. prices are pretty good too for small acreages. Lexi
