Someone asked me to ask. Anyone know how to make powdered dehydrated eggs?

scramble the raw eggs,,, then dehydrate them,, when done,, cruch them into a powder

We looked into this last year. According to the Auburn extension office, the processes required to safely dehydrate eggs is NOT available to home food preservation. Salmonilla contamination is a very likely occurance without proper freeze drying equipment. Their advice was to freeze eggs rather than dehydrating them in home preservation processes.

One way deal with an overabundance of eggs is to make pasta, and then dry that.
