For what it's worth, I've read that drinking lots of water can help prevent those ... it seems that the minerals tend to precipitate in one's kidneys, and form stones ... unless there is enough water to keep them disolved & "flushed". I'm no Dr., so my advice is worth every penny you paid for it!!
