In the proccess of building up your business by analysis of it's makeup,what is the difference (if any) between a key result area and a critical success factor

Key Result Area is the focused area that you have to conqure in order to achieve your business sucess. The Critial Success Factors are those factors that affect your result (Key Result Area) most.
