Does anyone wanr blueprints for a stick built home? Ranch style with 2 car garage. Can go either 3 or 4 bedroom, with or without basement. 1490 sq ft plus garage. this cost us $100.00, I will sell it for $50.00. The book gives you complete instructions and how to build it yourself. My husband and I did it. Total cost 44,000+19,000 for land. The house is now valued at $150,000
