Cherri, At this present moment it would be difficult to say who is more unpopular in Europe..Bush or the Irish.I guess Bush's policies have outraged nearly all Europeans whilst the Irish refusal, by popular Referendum, last week, on The Treaty of Nice has probably only outraged the politicians. The way Bush is explaining his policies..as though to very young children,is also causing offense.
