1 big quart of fresh raspberries almost 3/4 cup sugar about 1/3 to 1/2 cup flour - or you can use corn starch tiniest pinch of cinnamon

mix the dry ingredients together

coat the berries in the flour/sugar mix

put the coated berries in the pie shell sprinkle the rest of the flour/sugar mix over the berries

Put the top crust on and crimp. cut air holes in the top shell and coat generously with sugar

Bake until the shell is golden and done

We use that much flour because raspberries are really bad about making soooo much juice as they cook. If there isn't plenty of thickening (flour), your pie will be swimming in raspberry juice.

Also, if you let your pie cool before serving, the filling will thicken up some as it cools.
