Hi neighbors are trying to sell there place so I thought I'd put it here .It is in St. Lawrence county New York .71 a with a 2 bedroom house and garage put up last year .35 foot dug well , new septic.It has an old barn and an old foundation on the property.It seems like a nice lot .I have nothing to do with the sale but if interested email me and i can put you in touch with them .Ow ya they are asking 55,000.I do not believe they are offering any financing .
