Friends, I would like to know what is the best format to capture videos to the AVI format so that I can convert to VCD compliant mpeg1 format later, using, say, Panasonic Encoder?

Hi, I use PicMJPEG Codec to capture videos in AVI format. Then convert it to MPEG1 format.
