Hey Elizabeth, Are you starting out or switching horses mid-stream? I am on the launch pad and looking out for take-off and have discovered a book called "The Pathfinder" published by the Rockport Institute. It goes beyond the everyday career books and asks you to define yourself before your career. I hope it helps my generation find work that is fulfilling and fun!
