There seem to be a whole host of books on entrepreneurship, but I've only been able to find one on starting a s/w company ("Start Your Own Software Compnay" by David Cracas) which didn't really hit the spot.

Can anyone recommend any good resources (books, websites etc.) for someone considering starting their own s/w company?

Right now, my vision is of a company of a handful of likeminded individuals who are passionate about software and building it the RIGHT way. Shrink-wrap or custom development? Market segment? Where can I find the advice to help me answer these and all the other questions I'd need to address?
