How Does It Feel?

Bill and Hillary Clinton are spending their Easter break in a posh Dominican Republic resort, Punta Cana. And they are lighter in the wallet for it, because for the first time in more than eight years, they had to pay for their housing.

"They weren't happy about it, either," says a Washington acquaintance. "They put out the word about three months ago to all of their friends that they'd like a vacation spot in a warm climate, but no one stepped forward to offer them a freebie. There was nothing in California, Florida, or elsewhere in the Caribbean. Bill didn't want to pay but he had no choice."
