Response to California's Electricity Crisis

Carlos, you'll find articles here Energy Crisis Archive with a few comments here and there. I'm pretty much convinced that the problems will, in all likelihood, affect the rest of the country in the form of higher energy prices and, in places like NY City and perhaps smaller cities, in some brown- or black-outs. I think we're all quite apprehensive. I'm sure some folks are more pessimistic but I doubt that anyone's more optimistic.
