Anyone know if Helge has e-mail yet, or if he's even web-enabled? How about Soren Kjellberg?

Hi Bill,

First of all, congrats on your getting married. I have to still respond to your invitation.

I don't think Helge has e-mail or he is web-enabled yet. Anxious to hear about Soren.

Catching Up

Bill,

Last I heard, Soren returned to Japan and lived with his parents until they all returned to Denmark. I am not sure what he is doing now. Apparently, he had some form of depression which was the primary reason he moved back in with his parents. Have not been able to locate him.

On a more positive note, Seiyu and I managed to track down Romke "Dirk" Rijpkema in the Netherlands. He was working at Elsevier, a large book publisher, in the Science area but has quit to finish writing his own novel.

Just in case anyone missed what I have been doing, I was graduated from The University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance and International Relations in 1986. I moved to Canada with my parents and started working in banking. Since then, I have held a variety of jobs in banking and institutional investing focusing primarily in project finance and emerging markets. I became a Canadian citizen in 1992. I moved down to New York in 1994 and worked there until April 1999 when I moved to Denver, Colorado. I married Patti in 1994 and we have two daughters, Amanda and Natalie. I currently work for Republic Financial Corporation, which is a boutique investment firm buying businesses and assets.

Ruvan good to hear from you. Hope you are well. What have you been doing for the past fourteen years?

Hope to see you guys and the rest of the Class of 82 at some point. I managed to get together with Seiyu, Charlie K. and Charlie Church in NYC before I left. That was a lot of fun.

Take care, Nabil
