Stan: Never heard of pollen substitute???

I am going to invest in a pollen trap this year. Brushy Mountain Bee Farm sells one. They are on the web, but you will have to ask for a catalog via snail mail for the pollen trap.

pollen substitute,, brewers yeast, amino acids, minerals,, to help start the brood. Im thinking about getting a trap also,, there was a comparison in BEE CULTURE comparing the 3 top selling ones,, SUNDANCE makes the most useful,, (according to them), but also the most expensive.

C C pollen trap made in Arizona is one of the better ones, bottom mount, & lasge capacity. we as humans could live on honey, bee pollen & water for awhile. good luck, Larry
