A special Sauce for your egg noodles

INGREDIENTS Egg Noodles Lemon Juice (no seeds, freshly squeezed) 1/2 tea spoon Chives (green onions) 1 chive (diced to itty bitty pieces) Whole Flour 1 heaping tea spoon Butter (unsalted) 1 table spoon Chile Peper 1/2 tea spoon Cayene Pepper - 1 pinch Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon Chicken Stock 8 oz

Methods (1) Melt butter completely, do not brown. (2) Add flour and stir. (3) Add all seasonings and chives (4) cook above for 5 min on low heat in small sauce pan (5) Add chicken stock and lemon juice

(6) let cook till about 1/3 volume is gone, should thicken slightly.

(7) Final step after everything is done add 2 or 3 table spoons of unsalted butter and let sit for few minutes to melt.
