old mother earth news&whole earth catalogs for barter?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

I have thirtyseven old Mother Earth magazines starting around 1971 thru 1985. Back when they were a plain paper magazine, before they became a high gloss yuppie mag. When they were a lot like countryside ( they will never come close to countryside) A lot of good self help articles. Also have two whole earth catalogs,The last whole earth catalog access to tools and whole earth epilog access to tools. Both done in early seventies. All the mother earth news are in good shape only one is missing the cover. When you can't get old countrysides these will help soothe the pain. Would like to barter for something that I can use or enjoy. I am always looking for a gun for the homestead or miltary relics ww1, ww11 stuff american german japanese ect. Will consider anything fieldgear helments, belts, swords, knives rifle scopes anything. If you feel trade is too out of balance I will come up with cash or another barter item. If someone has a old johnson automatic or garand sitting around or a g43 they want to get rid of please let me know. Or a colt 45 I'll consider anything. If your looking for a certain barter item like a tool or a cookie jar or something drop me a line.I would not like to split everything up i would like it all to go in one lump sum.If anyone has any of the above items they want to sell please let me know.I would like to barter before I put a cash price on the mags. Like I said I'll consider anything just drop me a line thankyou.

Nothing on your list of things to trade, but I am trying to complete a full set of TMEN for hubby. As much as I hate to, I would be willing to part with cash if we can't agree on something interesting.

Let me know soonest (His birthday is April 30th)
