Would like to purchase a ten horse single phase electric irrigation pump (used?) Would anyone have an idea where I could find one? Pacific Northwest preferred. Thanks.

I have a 7.5 HP single phase pump and know of another the same make and HP in excellent condition. I do know that a new one, (Goulds) would cost about $1,800. The other pump was the mate to mine but was sold years before I got here. I thought the reason they had 2-7.5 pump was because there is no 3-phase service here and when you get to the higher HP, single phase would not handle it. there are single phase to 3 phase converters.Jump Off Joe probably will know the answer to all this and or where a 10-HP pump can be found.
By the way, my 7.5 makes 165-180 GPM, that is a lot of water, I run a 150 GPM irrigation gun with a 130' sweep or aboout 80-90,000 gallons a day.
