old book with useful (homesteading) plans

I have a book that isn't that old but was copy righted in 1972. It's called "How to make it on the land" by Ray Cohan. It covers various subjects from finding land (most likely out dated by now) to caring for it (ie. livestock, clearing land, pond, maple products, housing, gardening, to name a few). This book also has several kinds of plans in it.

(There is an old post of someone in Alaska asking for A-frame plans, to which I replied but had to wait for the book to get to me as I had just moved. When I got the book, I was unable to reply as I had no street address & their e-mail no longer worked.)

The plans I have in this book (though I can't vouch for clarity) are as follows...An A-frame house, 3 room log cabin, an Adirondack type shelter (looks like a garage without the big door/ or 3 sided shelter for livestock),sugaringhouse, greenhouse/coldframe, stump puller, springhouse, fruit & vegitable storage, a couple of different smokehouses, & a drying rack (fruit/meat/vegies). It also has some info on caring for a family forest, some wildlife, & some old recipes.

While going over some used books for sale on the net I saw one but past on it as I already had it. Now I don't know where I saw it. Has anyone else seen this book? I just thought some of you might be interested in the plans as many have asked for similar plans. Let me know.
