Has anyone out there ever have any experience with Ancona ducks (not the chickens)? I know they are spotted & are sopposed to be a meat bird. Can anyone tell me the weights of the adult birds, & how well do they lay?

I have been looking for some and all that I have read suggest that they lay well...and aren't the best in meat quality but cool markings...if you find some let me know...or have otehr questions e- mail me... JASON

I have a pair of Ancona ducks, they are pretty rare birds. Once they start laying, they keep going. Meat on the otherhand, I know nothing about. I guess since they aren't so common, most people don't try it out. Who knows. If you have any other questions feel free to email me.
