Ms. Aireen confirmed that I have paid the fees due from me. Could there be other reason why I can't access. Does service start today? I need tech. support on my dot matrix printer. It needs to be configured with my computer.

It is requested that all your concerns and queries be initially coursed thru their office to centralize these matters; we shall term this as pre-operation procedures.
