Partnerships - ecosystems - mergers

We are a small consulting company looking for ways to set-up partnerships in the IT area with US based companies, which try to come over to Europe. At the same time we try to establich an ecosystem with partners in Europe. Size is important to be taken serious. What is the best way to approach this or were could we find suitable information or facilitaters?

The best way is to approach individual technology companies eg Cisco have a partnership program which they call the New World Ecosystem

There are also specialist agencies set up where you can enquire about the possibility of strategic alliances. Also look out for fairs and trade shows, not only for networking opportunities, but also those that foster trade. I have dug up some links below which you may be interested in looking at:
