I am very interested in what keeps executives up at night, pursuant to writing my Masters Thesis. The goal is to be a change agent for an organization, uncover the issue(s), determine a course of action and then create the appropriate solution. All work must be summerizied and verifiable.

My question is what's the problem with your organization????

I am currently thinking about employee retention in the E-business environment. (feels a little less and imaginative)

I would appreciate any applicable ideas.

Steve, while I can't talk about our change management processes because some of it is proprietary material on our side and most work we have done in the E-business environment on the client side is governed by NDA's, so contractually I couldn't release such information, but have a look at this website to see if you can pick up further information.
